Abstract

The aim of the current research is to design an educational website using Google sites in the light of web analyzes of the big data obtained through the Google Analytics tool, and to determine the most important of them and their relationship to the stages of educational design of the ADDIE model through the opinions of a group of faculty members in the field of educational technology and to identify its impact on the development of dimensions of educational technology. Digital citizenship and forward thinking. The processing materials were: an educational website prepared with Google Sites, a Google Analytics web analytics tool, a survey of faculty members in the field of educational technology to determine the web analytics of the big data associated with each stage of the design according to the ADDIE model. The measurement tools were: Citizenship Dimensions Scale digital, and a measure of future thinking. The research was applied to a sample of 30 male and female students in the third year, Computer Division, Faculty of Education, Assiut University, divided into 6 groups.
The results of the research found a significant impact of designing an educational website based on web analytics for big data on developing awareness of the dimensions of digital citizenship and future thinking skills.
