Abstract:
The research aimed to reveal the effect of the two types of Chatbots (Choice type of Chatbots - Keyword Matching type of Chatbots) through social applications on the survival of the effect of learning and technological acceptance among educational technology students, and the sample consisted of 55 students, they were randomly selected, and they were divided into two experimental groups.
Measurement tools are represented in preparing the learning effect survival test (immediate achievement test and delayed), and measurement of the students’ extent of technological acceptance, and the results indicated the activity of Two types of Chatbots through the Facebook Messenger application in the survival of the learning impact among students of the two experimental groups, and also indicated There was not a statistically significant difference between the two types in the immediate achievement test and the delay, in addition to the absence of a statistically significant difference between the two intermediate degrees of the two experimental groups (Choices type of chatbots - Keyword Matching type of Chatbots) via Facebook Messenger application in the acceptance scale Technology among educational technology students, except for the first dimension, there are differences in factor of the first experimental group (choices type of chatbots).
