Abstract

The current research sought to study the impact of the interaction of virtual elements supported by artificial intelligence and knowledge management tools in developing cybersecurity skills and problem solving. The research sample included (24) students from Egyptian universities. The research sample was divided into two experimental groups; And the provision of virtual elements supported by artificial intelligence with two knowledge management tools (brainstorming, learning communities), and accordingly a test was designed to measure the cognitive achievement of cybersecurity skills, a note card to measure cybersecurity skills, and a scale of problem solving skills, and the research results confirmed the extent of the elements’ impact. The virtual group supported by artificial intelligence with the brainstorming tool in developing cybersecurity skills and problem solving for the experimental group (A), where it committed to applying the optimal and complete steps of the problem-solving strategy, unlike the experimental group (B), whose learning community tool allowed its members the freedom to adhere to or not commit to everything It provides them with information and experiences so that they can choose from them what is useful only in completing the tasks at the required speed, while the study confirmed that the experimental group (B) that used the virtual elements supported by artificial intelligence and the learning community tool was the most influential in increasing the cognitive achievement of cybersecurity skills, because of its advantages Helping the members of the learning community to gain the largest amount of information from the Internet.
