Abstract

The effectiveness of an electronic program to develop the awareness of female heads of household with the science of ergonomics and its reflection on their Positive energy


The aim of the research is to verify the effectiveness of an electronic program for develop the awareness of the female heads of household in ergonomics with its axes (physical-environmental-mental-organizational-emotional) and its reflection on their positive energy in its axes (daily practices- dealing with others-positive thinking skills-space energy).

The researcher used descriptive analytical method and the quasi- experimental method based on a single-group design. Tools included; a test on awareness level with ergonomics, positive energy scale, and an electronic program to develop the family head's ergonomic awareness(experimental treatment). They were applied to 74 household heads were selected in a coincidnetal purposive way.

The results showed a low level of ergonomic awareness of female heads of households in the pre-test of ergonomic concepts,and there is a statistically significant correlation between the concepts of ergonomics and their positive energy, proving the effectiveness of the electronic program in developing the female household heads' awareness of ergonomics and its reflection on their positive energy.

The research recommends the necessity of; integrating ergonomics into studies in the departments of home economics, focusing on holding training courses for specialists in home management to raise awareness for the importance of integrating modern sciences with what is taught, shedding light on the importance of positive energy, and its achievement by relying on the various scientific aspects of ergonomics.
