The Effect of E-Collaborative Training on Acquiring The Skills of Dealing with the Digital Wall Among Prep School Teachers

Abstract

The aim of the research is to raise the knowledge and skill side of the prep school teachers by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deal with Padlet through E-Collaborative Training, and to know its effectiveness in acquiring the basic skills to deal with Padlet. The research used the descriptive approach to collect data and information on the subject of the research in the phase of analyzing and designing the experimental treatment material, and the quasi-experimental approach in preparing and applying e-collaborative training, before and after, on a voluntary group of prep school teachers through the "Abdul Latif Al-Jazzar" model, 2013, and two measurement tools were designed: an electronic achievement test for the cognitive component of Padlet skills, and a note card for the performance component of Padlet skills. The research group consisted of (30) teachers of basic subjects and from the preparatory stage, in Mallawi, Minya. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences for the post-application of the study tools which are due to the effect of E-Collaborative Training in providing prep school teachers with skills to deal with Padlet. The research recommended the necessity of adopting Collaborative training programs in professional and technical teacher training, and using Padlet in e-learning and e-training.
