Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the extent to which university students are exposed to theatrical performances on YouTube and its relationship to the development of some of their personal traits. YouTube, and the third axis to measure the degree of utilization, and the tools were applied to a sample of (344) respondents from the students of the Department of Educational Media - Faculty of Specific Education - Aswan University, and the research reached several results, most notably:
There are no statistically significant differences between the intensity of the study sample's use of YouTube according to demographic variables (type), There are no statistically significant differences between the viewing of theatrical performances presented on YouTube by the study sample members according to the demographic variables (type),There is a statistically significant relationship between the intensity of the study sample's use of YouTube and the importance of that site for them, He found statistically significant differences between the degrees to which the study sample members benefited from the application of the proposed theses for the topics presented in some theatrical performances in their daily lives according to the demographic variables (type).
