Mothers’ Innovative Traits and Their Relationship to Managing Change and Achieving Compatibility with Their Adolescent Children in the Middle Adolescence Stage (From 14 to 17 Years)

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of innovative personality traits of mothers and their relationship to managing change and achieving compatibility with adolescent children in the middle adolescence stage (from 14 to 17 years). The basic research sample consisted of (200) chosen- by-chance mothers of adolescents in middle adolescence from different social and educational levels in Al-Beheira Governorate using the descriptive analytical approach
The results of the research showed that more than half of the research sample members (53.5%) had a high level of innovative traits, and less than half of the sample members (47.0%) had an average level in terms of managing change when dealing with their adolescent children, while the level of compatibility increased for the respondent mothers with their teenage sons as for nearly two-thirds of the research sample (60.5%). The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents in some creative personality traits The results also revealed a positive direct correlation between the level of respondents' management of change in dealing with adolescent children and the level of compatibility with them The study recommended the necessity of activating the role of home management specialists by holding meetings in the audio-visual media, to educate mothers about their innovative personality traits, and how to develop < /p>
