Abstract

The effectiveness of a proposed program in media education to develop social responsibility among university students
The current study aimed to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program in media education for the development of social responsibility among university students. It was applied to a sample of (30) students from the Educational Media Department at the Faculty of Specific Education at Minya University in the academic year 2020/2021. The study verified the validity of its hypotheses, It was found that there were study teams in the total scores of the study sample students in the pre and post application of the study sample students before they were exposed to the post application. And then in favor of the dimensional application.
Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented, the most important of which are: conducting more research in the field of developing media education skills, and activating the theory of social responsibility in all state institutions.
