A proposed vision for managing electronic learning resources and human resources in Egyptian universities

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the role of human resources management in setting the vision of Egyptian universities, as it presented the reality of human resources in the library sector and presented a proposed vision for human resources management within the library sector, with clarification of the obstacles to applying this vision, providing solutions to them, and presenting research recommendations among them in the future.
The study relied on the descriptive approach in presenting previous studies and research, and one of the most important recommendations of the study The necessity of designing training programs for workers in the strategic management of human resources management to enable them to achieve its goals, especially in the areas of training, development and preservation of human resources, and to invite Egyptian public universities to adopt the proposed vision because of its positive role in enabling the strategic management of human resources management in activating the vision of Egyptian universities and inviting the directors of strategic management in Egyptian public universities to develop training and qualification programs for human resources management, according to the current and future visions of universities, and to restructure human resources in Egyptian public universities to achieve strategic planning goals and plans in the short and long term.
