Abstract

The crisis that the world has experienced due to the Corona virus pandemic has stimulated innovation within the education sector, and we have seen innovative approaches in support of the continuity of education and training. Solutions based on distance learning and training have been developed all over the world, and the importance of the study comes from the country's general trend towards developing education and using modern technology in education.
The current research aims to take advantage of the mobile applications “WhatsApp” and use them in a presentation of the scientific content that includes the knowledge and skills of techniques for implementing the men’s shirt and measuring its effectiveness in developing knowledge and skills among the students of the Clothing and Textile Division, and one of the most important findings of the research is the effectiveness of using mobile applications “WhatsApp.” August for the experimental group in each of the two tests of cognitive achievement and skill performance, pre and post in favor of the post, and the study found positive attitude of students towards learning the techniques of implementing the men’s shirt, using the mobile phone.
