The aim of this research is to design a proposed e-training program to raise the performance of female trainees in the stages of raising the measurement and preparing the sample in Ready-Made Garment Manufacturing via Gemini CAD in terms of cognitive achievement, skill performance, and female trainees’ opinions about the proposed e-training program. The tools were prepared and verified for their validity and reliability, namely cognitive and skill tests, a note card, a rating scale, and a questionnaire to measure the trainees’ opinions towards the training program.
The research was conducted on a sample of (48) female trainees from the Department of Clothing and Textiles, Faculty of Home Economics, Al-Azhar University, and the results came The research confirms the acceptance of the research hypotheses, which states the effectiveness of the proposed program and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of female trainees in the cognitive and skill test before and after the application of the training program in favor of the post application. The trainees’ opinions are positive towards the training path of the proposed program.
