Abstract

The research aims mainly to reveal the nature of the relationship between conflict management and the quality of decision-making for the head of the family, where the data were obtained through the application of the research tools on a purposeful sample of 300 female heads of family with children from different governorates and villages, from different social and economic levels, female workers. and non-workers, and using the descriptive analytical approach, and the results resulted in: There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at 01.0 between conflict management with its axes and the quality of decision-making in its dimensions, and there are statistically significant differences between working and non-working female heads of household in the total conflict management in favor of working female heads of household, Also, there are statistically significant differences between working and non-working heads of families in the total quality of decision-making in favor of working heads of families, and there is a statistically significant difference between heads of families in total conflict management according to the level of education of the head of the family in favor of the high level of education (university qualification, master’s degree, Holds a doctorate), and there is also a statistically significant difference between heads of household in the total quality of decision-making according to the level of education of the head of the family in favor of the high level of education.
