Abstract

This research aims to identify the reflection of the creative leadership skills of the Kuwaiti working women on their economic, social and professional empowerment. The study was applied to a basic sample comprising 185 Kuwaiti working wives from different social and economic levels,
The research concluded the following results:
1- There are statistically significant differences among the basic sample members in women’s creative leadership skills according to the study variables (age – women’s education level - number of years of work - job title - women's salary) in favor of; older age, higher education level, longer years of experience, job title “Director of Administration” and women’s higher salary.
2-There are statistically significant differences among the basic sample members in empowerment dimensions according to the study variables (age – women’s education level - number of years of work - job title - women's salary), in favor of; older age, higher education level, longer years of experience, job title “Director of Administration”, and women’s higher salary.
3- There is a statistically significant correlation between the creative leadership skills of the Kuwaiti working women and their economic, social and professional empowerment.
The study recommended the necessity of training leaders on the techniques supporting the creative leadership skills, including problem solving through creative thinking, change management, priority management and self-development. Developing strategies to empower women and train them on the modern techniques in the field of decision-making and the mechanisms for implementing them economically, socially and professionally.
