Abstract

The current research aims to propose a vision for the development of the management of resources and human resources in pre-university education in the light of the Egyptian reality and some international experiences. 2- The researcher presented the most prominent global experiences in the field of human resources management in pre-university education, and explained the aspects of benefiting from these experiences in line with the nature of Egyptian society. 3- The researcher designed and codified the research tool, then applied it to a sample of educational leaders and teachers in the pre-university education stage, to identify the problems facing the human resource management processes in pre-university education and their suggestions to address those problems. 4- After the data was unloaded and statistically processed, the results were presented and interpreted. 5- A proposed vision has been developed for the development of human resources management processes in pre-university education in light of the Egyptian reality and some international experiences.
