The Purpose of the Research Aims to Investigate the Relationship Between the Pattern of Submitting Questions in e-tests (Prohibit/Allow) Backtracking and Presenting the Results to Students (Immediate/Delayed) on the Development of Cognitive Achievement and the Level of Test Anxiety to Students of Community College. the Research Sample Consisted of (60) Male and Female Students. in the Department of Computer Science at the Community College at the University of Hail in the Second Semester 2020/2021, Which Divided into Four Experimental Groups to Learn Through Virtual Classrooms with A Learning Management System (Blackboard), and the Quasi-Experimental Approach was, Depending on the Global Design (2x2), the Research Included Two Dependent Variables (Cognitive Achievement, Level of Test Anxiety). the Research Depended on One-Way, Two-Way Analysis of Variance, Eta Square, Scheffe Test, and Kolmogorovo- Smirnov Test. the Result of the Research Found that Superiority of A Group of Questions Displaying Pattern Allowing Immediate Return / Presentation of The Result Compared to the Rest of the Research Groups in the Level of Cognitive Achievement and Reducing the Level of Anxiety. the Study Recommended that the Educational Institutions Should Adopt e- tests in all Educational Stages, and also Recommends it is Necessary to Provide the Feature to Allow Reference to Previously Answered Questions, in Addition to Displaying the Immediate Results of the Tests - if Possible - Which Helps in Reducing the Level of Anxiety of e- tests.
