Efficacy OF Guidance Nutritional Program to Pay Mothers Attention For Skipping Breakfast and it is Effect of Aggressive Behavior of Preparatory School Children

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the extent of mothers ’awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast and its effect on the aggressive behavior of middle school students in Minya Governorate. The basic study sample consisted of (300) mothers of middle school students from different socio-economic levels and the experimental study sample of (75) mothers One of the mothers of middle school students to implement the program, and the study tools included a general family data form, a questionnaire for awareness of the importance of breakfast, a questionnaire for awareness of aggressive behavior, and a nutritional advisory program for the danger of skipping breakfast and its impact on the aggressive behavior of middle school students, and the results of the study revealed significant differences Statistically at the level of 0.01 in the awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast according to the study variables, there is a direct correlation between awareness of the importance of breakfast and awareness of aggressive behavior and the study variables at a level of significance of 0.01, where the results indicated that all the research variables affect awareness of the importance of breakfast, as the percentage Participation (94%), followed by awareness of aggressive behavior, with a participation rate of (93%). The study also recommended holding counseling sessions. Diyah to reduce the seriousness of aggressive behavior , effective participation in community service and environmental development, by providing distinguished programs for mothers' awareness of the importance of eating meals, especially breakfast, and its impact on aggressive behavior.
