Abstract

The research aimed to study the relationship between narcissistic personality disorders with its five axes (power, vanity, exploitation, showmanship, and superiority), and the management of the skillful performance of female heads of households in its three aspects (time and effort management skill, financial income management skill, decision-making skill and problem-solving), and the descriptive analytical approach Statistical treatments were performed using the SPSS statistical program to extract the results and apply some statistical methods such as computing the Pearson Correlation Coefficient to calculate the validity of the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the management of skillful performance, and the alpha coefficient to calculate the degree of reliability of the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the management of skill performance.There are no statistically significant differences between female heads of households, the study sample according to the composition of the nuclear and combined family in the questionnaire of narcissistic personality disorders in its five aspects and the management of skill performance in its three aspects.There is no statistically significant discrepancy between female heads of households, the study sample in narcissistic personality disorders with its five axes and the management of skill performance in its three aspects according to the number of family members..The recommends paying attention to female heads of household and developing their knowledge and skill performance by making programs to educate them about good management methods for the work they do and to pay attention to all
