Abstract

The research aims to prepare a proposed planning system and identify its impact on production rates and measure its effectiveness in shoe factories.
Where the research addressed a proposed planning system and its impact on production rates within shoe factories, the research helped to identify the stages of shoe production within shoe factories and to identify the importance of the planning process and its impact on the production process and the importance of the proposed planning system on the production rates of shoe factories.
The results of the research have found statistically significant differences between the grades of production rate in shoe factories before and after the application of the proposed planning system in favor of dimensional application, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed planning system on production rates in shoe factories, attention to the planning process and the preparation of planning systems to help the production process to better contribute to the increase in production rates within shoe factories, the continuous follow-up of production stages within shoe factories help to optimize the exploitation of resources and development of this industry, and the development of specialized cadres in this Through continuous training, follow-up modern technological developments in the shoe industry with the aim of developing the footwear industry to keep pace and compete in the international markets.
