Abstract

research aims to know the effect of the Driver Model in teaching the subject of teaching methods on developing some thinking skills of meditation and learning efficiency among students of the fourth year at the Faculty of Home Economics, Al-Azhar Universityand to achieve this, the descriptive, analytical and experimental method was used, the research sample was selected from female students of the Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Food Sciences, which consisted of (60) students, and the experimental design of two equivalent groups was chosen as an experimental component of (30) students and a control of (30) students . Some were selected. They were designed according to the driver model..
to answer the research questions and verify the validity of its hypotheses, has been prepared (teacher hand guide - worksheets), and the research tools which (Reflective Thinking Test - Achievement Test- Mental potentiometer). Teaching was done for the two groups, and the research tools were applied to the two groups. There are differences between the experimental and control group in the reflective thinking test and competence for the benefit of the experimental group.
