Summary
The research aims to determine the sewability of Non-woven fabrics Manufactured of Polypropylene in order to develop standardized criteria for the production of For Single-use medical clothing made from these fabrics to raise the quality of final product. The research follows experimental method through laboratory experiments to determine fabrics properties and its sewability by three types of seams with some different machine variables used in women’s home clothes production in two different weights. It was conducted in sewability Non-woven tests, which were represented in the measurement of knitting efficiency that access to the most appropriate setting standards of the machine with a cloth under study. The results led to the existence of relational relations between portability sew Sewabilityof blended Non-woven fabrics Manufactured of Polypropylene for Single-use medical clothing production depending on (Seam’s type, needle’s size, machine tension regulator level, sewing thread type). To produce medical clothes of a special nature and single-use that are compatible with the nature of medical work in terms of protection properties and prevention of various diseases.
