Abstract

The economic empowerment of women is an effective way to advance the economic level of the family and society as a whole, and many institutions are based on it, including NGOs and the Social Fund for Development, as it plays an important role in the economic empowerment of Egyptian women through training and qualification in the fields of work, and because rural women suffer from weakness in their industry Ready-made clothes and in view of the importance of industrial knitting machines in the garment industry, a training program has been prepared for the economic empowerment of rural women in the manufacture of ready-made clothes, so that rural women can participate in the labor market and match their responsibilities towards their family and invest their spare time and become able to support their families. the results of the research confirm the acceptance of the research hypotheses, which states the effectiveness of the proposed program and the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the cognitive and skill test before and after the application of the training program in favor of the post application, and the attitudes of the trainees Positive towards the training method of the proposed program.
