Abstract

The research aims to determine the competencies of professional performance in the light of the TEPAC model of home economics teachers according to the study variables (years of experience - academic degree), and to determine the direction of the home economics teachers towards the requirements of the professional learning community according to the study variables (years of experience- academic degree), and a standard was prepared The competencies of the professional performance of the home economics teacher in light of the TIPAC model. The research tools included the scale of perception of home economics parameters about the efficiency of performance, the trend towards the requirements of the professional learning community, and the research tools were prepared electronically and applied to a sample of (150) home economics teachers. The results of the research for the existence of differences in the competencies of professional performance in light of the TIPAC model of home economics teachers in favor of the most in years of experience and the highest in the academic degree, and the results of the research confirmed the existence of differences in the direction of the household economics teachers towards the requirements of the the professional learning community in a society, and in light of the results, Designing a proposed concept for a training program to develop the professional performance of the home economics teacher in light of the TIPAC model and the requirements of the professional learning community
