Awareness of green management and its relationship to family balance among housewives during home isolation for a Corona virus patient

Abstract

The study aimed to study the relationship between awareness of green management and family balance among the housewives during the home isolation for a Coronavirus patient. Where the data were completed through the electronic application of the study tools (the initial data form, the two measures of awareness of green management, family balance) on an objective psoriasis sample consisting of (500), and this study followed the descriptive analytical approach, The data were analyzed and statistically processed using (Spss.) program. The study reached a set of results:
Ther are significant differences between the average scores of housewives in both the awareness with the green management, and family balance with their axes according to the work of the housewife in favor of workers in the green management, and according to the age of the patient in favor of the adolescents and youth in family balance, according to the education of the housewife in favor of the higher , according to the number of family members in favor of the less than 4 members, and according to the family income in favor of the higher. There is a positive statistically significant correlation at 0.001 between awareness of green management with its axes and the family balance with its axes.
The research recommended organizing convoys and initiatives by researchers in the field of home and institutions management, as well as the National Council for Women to activate the proposed strategy for research and spreading green awareness in all fields of life.
