Abstract

The research aimed to study the relationship between the awareness of the teaching staff and the assisting Commission in applying the electronic management with its three axes (the knowledge of the teaching staff and the assisting body towards electronic management, the attitudes of the faculty members and the assisting body towards electronic management, the practices of faculty members and the assisting body towards electronic management), and the motivation of achievement The career in its four axes (bearing responsibility, perseverance at work, feeling the importance of time, flexibility), studying the differences between the study sample in the awareness of the faculty members and the assisting body in electronic management with its three axes and the motivation for achieving the job in its four axes depending on the type, place of residence, marital status, nature College, Degree, Age, Number of Family Members, Monthly Income)And the use of the research tools that consisted of the general data form for faculty members and the assisting body, a questionnaire on the awareness of faculty members and the assisting body in electronic administration in its three axes, and a questionnaire of job achievement motivation in its four axes, which were applied to a sample of 300 faculty members and assistants from Tanta University.
