Abstract
This research aims to identify the concept of blended learning, its requirements, components and advantages. It also aims to develop the academic achievement in the Arabic Music Rules course among students of the Faculty of Specific Education using blended learning, and to achieve this, The experiment was conducted on a sample of two equal groups of students, an achievement test was prepared and a pre-application of the test was conducted on the students, the research sample, and then teaching the experimental group. Using the electronic program for the rules of Arab music for teaching of the control group in the traditional classroom, and by the end of the first semester, the post-achievement test was applied to the students, the research sample, and then the data were collected and statistically processed to verify the research hypotheses and extract the results that showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the control group and the mean scores of the experimental group in the test Post-test for the achievement test of the Arabic music rules course for the benefit of the experimental group students, which used the blended learning strategy.
Finally, the researcher presented some recommendations and references and concluded with a research summary.
