The Effectiveness of the Blended Training in the student's Acquisition of the Computer Teacher the Skills of Using Enjoyable Learning Strategies and the Motivation to apply them

Abstract

     The research aimed to discover the effectiveness of blended training in skills acquisition by using fun learning strategies, planning and executive for the student computer teacher and the motivation to apply it with his students.
In the field training having sample of class three students' specialty field of computer teacher In department of education technology in faculty of specific education Minia University.
For achieving the objects of research, the researcher used the development methodology which includes the descriptive and semi _experimental methods. The researcher prepared a list of skills by using fun learning strategies, planning and executive and build the program of blended training. She also prepared the measure tools represented in teaching plan evaluation card for fun learning strategies, a performance note card for implementing fun learning strategies and measure of motivation to apply fun learning strategies. The researcher applied measurement tools before and after the training، after making sure the reliability and validity of measurement tools and suitability for application.
The results of research showed the effectiveness of blended training in both of acquiring the skills of using fun learning strategies for student computer teacher and the motivation of student computer teacher to use fun learning strategies when teach computer course to his students. The results of research were there statistical significant difference (≥0.01) between average degrees of research group in evaluation card and note card for skills in using fun learning strategies in favor of the post application. It also resulted that there is a statistical significant difference (≥0.01) between average degrees of research group in motivation to apply the fun learning strategies in favor of the post application.
