The Effectiveness of the live / Asynchronous Broadcast mode in creating a Virtual Channel for students of Educational Technology

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the pattern of broadcasting (Live / Asynchronous) in creating a virtual channel for students of educational technology at the Faculty of Specific Education at Minia University for the academic year 2019/2020 AD. The (direct / simultaneous) variable is based on the skills of creating a virtual channel, and the research sample consisted of (25) students through educational technology students distributed into an experimental group and a control group. Skills of creating a virtual channel through the Facebook application through the creation of a live chat room, and a cognitive achievement test was applied before and after. The results of the research showed the effect of the broadcast pattern (direct / simultaneous) on developing the skills of creating a virtual channel in the search groups for the benefit of the experimental group.
