"Effectiveness of a Proposal Training Program for the Quality its Control in Operation Stages and Finishing

Abstract

The research is aiming building a program to learn knowledge and skills The Quality it's Control in the Operation Stages and Finishing and measure its effectiveness on raising the level of knowledge and skills included in the program. The sample consisted (60) students, divided in to two groups: the experimental (30) students, taught by using training program and the control group (30) students, taught by the traditional method. The research Tools comprised a cognitive achievement test for measuring information, scoring key, a performance skill test for measuring included skills in the suggested A proposal training program, a student's Evaluation note card of measuring skill of quality it's control  in operation Stagesand Finishing. The most important results of the research, the effectiveness of the proposedprogram in the student achievement of the knowledge and skills included the program. As the results resulted in the presence of statically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental and control groups in each of the two testes achievement of knowledge, and skills before and after applying in the performance skills for the benefit of the dimensional experimental group at the level of 0.01
