Abstract

In light of modern challenges and technological developments there is a need to use modern methods in education and training. It is better to adopt a method that is different from the current method of learning "making and designing patterns" and the tendency to modern methods using animation to simulate the skill of making and designing patterns and the effectiveness of its characteristics to improve the educational process, which called for the researcher to take in the preparation of an electronic program using animation to simulate the skill of making the form of men's casual shirt and measure its effectiveness.
Objectives: The research aims to:
1 - Designing of an electronic program using animation to simulate the construction of the pattern of men's shirt "casual". And measure its effectiveness in terms of:
A - cognitive achievement of students associated with the skill of making a pattern of men's shirt "casual".
B - the skillful performance of students in the skill of making the casual shirt pattern of men.
2 - Measuring the attitudes of students towards learning in the electronic program using animation to simulate the skill of making the casual shirt pattern of men.
Results: The results of the research showed that the level of cognitive achievement and skillful performance of students has been increased and the positive attitudes of students toward learning the electronic program using animation to simulate the skill of making the casual shirt pattern of men.
