Design a Proposed Application for Smart Phones that Allows the Possibility of Selecting and Marketing Appropriate Fabric for the Design of Women's Skirt

Abstract :The research aims to design a proposed application for the smart phones which can be loaded directed from the internet and provides diverse and documented information to ladies about the names and forms of different designs and types of fabrics and materials suitable for them using smart phone technology, and providing the information and the properties of the fabric by the least time and effort before buying, in addition to enabling the owners of the fabric shops to renew its data and information as well as inserting new fabrics to make propaganda and marketing for their fabrics easily and in simply way which leads to increasing the sales of local fabrics and fast profits which is considered  a service for the citizen in the society community. The research use the descriptive and the experimental research method to achieve its aims which includes the earlier Arabic studies which is concerned with this field, So the researcher has presented the proposed application to a group of specialized professors in the field of fabrics and textiles, and programming, in addition to a group of woman and the owners of shops to evaluate the application through an questionnaire form. The study found that the research sample from the women had the same opinion on the effectiveness of the application in increasing their knowledge of the information related to the skirts and help them in choosing the suitable fabric for the designs of the skirt, according to the suitable period before buying, in addition to the ability to reach the place of fabrics shop easily and quickly, also the owners of the fabrics shop have the same opinions about the importance of preparation of the application which helped them in the propaganda and marketing for their fabrics and textiles which leads to increasing the sales and profits easily and quickly, as well as the competition among the owners of the shops which leads to increasing their interests to provide the market with the innovating and creation in the field  of fabrics and textiles which leads to increasing the local selling and buying, besides loading the application for the net on the smart phones easily, all the supervisors have praised the innovation and the creativity of the idea of the application and its ability to help the citizens to reach the information easily.
