Trends in the young university some programs discovery talents in tha arabsatellite channels: (field study)

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the trends of university youth towards talent discovery programs in Arab satellite channels and to find out the differences in the degree of follow-up of these programs and the nature of the youth's attitudes towards them in light of a range of demographic variables based on the survey method using the deliberate sample that was withdrawn from the students of Cairo and Minia Universities; With 300 items, and the search reached several results, most notably:

56.5% of the sample respondents follow the talent discovery program with a medium degree and 28.2% follow it to a large extent.
The results of the study reflected the positive attitudes of the university youth towards these programs. The overall average of the measure of the trend towards talent discovery programs by university youth was 68%.
There were differences in the trend towards talent discovery programs for the age group 18 to less than 20, and between universities for the benefit of students of the University of Renaissance, while there were no differences due to gender variable.
