The Effectiveness of the Strategy of Thinking in the Teaching of Philosophical Materials in the Development of Decision Making Skills for High School Students

Abstract

The objective of the research was to identify the effectiveness of the strategy of thinking in the teaching of philosophical subjects in the development of decision-making skills for secondary students in Minia Governorate. The sample consisted of (150) students from the Minia Educational Administration. They were divided as follows (37) students, (38) students, while the experimental group number (75) students and included (39) students, and the number of (36). The researcher used the two methods: (descriptive approach and semi-experimental approach).  A specially designed decision-making test was used for secondary school The results showed a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the control group and the experimental group students in the remote application to test the decision-making skills of the experimental group .
