Abstract

The research reviewed the criteria for designing and building interactive e-learning environments based on intelligent visual interaction technology for the mentally handicapped who are able to learn to reach a proposed perception, whereby individuals with disabilities need to design and develop appropriate learning resources and educational systems that meet their needs, solve their learning problems, and move To them the required learning efficiently and effectively.
Follow the descriptive approach in presenting, studying and analyzing research to derive criteria. The standard levels for designing and building interactive e-learning environments based on the intelligent visual interaction technology for the mentally challenged who are able to learn were (12) domains, (28) criteria, and (267) indicators. The proposed visualization of the stages and steps of designing and building an interactive e-learning environment based on the intelligent visual interaction technology included (4) stages:
-          The planning stage: defining the idea, program content, defining the goal, and defining the software structure.
-          Design stage: scenario design, flow chart design, and visualized intelligent visual interaction software design (character design, backgrounds, and general appearance(.
-          Build / build phase: selecting the appropriate authoring system, providing the required hardware, initial testing, creating metadata panels, and the user's functional software interface.
Recruitment, use and follow-up stage: product testing and improvement, use and evaluation.
