Effectiveness of Using Cloud Classroom Based on Applications of Office 365 in Developing Students' Awareness of Digital Information and Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract

The employment of means of technology in education, especially the Internet is one of the most important factors that put the learner facing the challenge of the speed of accumulation of knowledge on one hand the rapid spread and the multiplicity of tools on the other hand. Educators are not develop plans to use these tools and to raise awareness among learners to select the best and fastest to achieve the goals, but also to judge their credibility and selection so as to be able to access the appropriate information in a timely manner. The current research objective is to investigate the efficiency of using cloud classroom based on the applications of Office 365 as an Internet service and its tools in developing students' awareness of digital information and the critical thinking skills they need to strengthen this awareness. The results of the research proved the effectiveness of the cloud in the development of both awareness of digital information and critical thinking skills of students.
