Abstract

Evaluations play an important role in the educational process, for their impact on both the teacher and the learner. And to shed more light on the actual effects that may result from the training of these modern technological applications used in the field of e- evaluation to establish and manage online question-and-test banks that can be used with different stages of education from primary to university education. He has designed a system to create and manage online quiz-based question and test banks and provide a training program to equip teachers with skills through a suggestion system. The study sample consisted of (36) teachers and teachers in the primary stage of the various subjects. The semi-experimental approach was used in a single-group design, where the independent variable is represented in (the training program on the suggestion system) and the dependent variable in the skills of producing question banks and electronic tests. The research tools were achievement test, note card, and training program. The results indicated the effectiveness of the training program in developing the knowledge and performance of the skills of the production of question banks and e tests. And recommended further studies on the effectiveness of training teachers in different educational stages on the preparation of question banks for the materials they teach to the importance of the assessments, and the expansion of the scope of assessments so as not limited to the final evaluation and only, where the use of electronic tests and employ in many stages Study and benefit the learner as continuous training and self-evaluation, and the teacher to identify the weaknesses and strength in the tools and tools used.
