Effect of Using Flipped Learning Environment in the Production Skills of Digital Learning Sourses, the Academic Self Effectiveness, and the Achievement Motivation of ELJouf University Students, Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The current research aimed to design the flipped learning environment, and examine its effectiveness in the production skills of digital learning sourses, the academic self effectiveness, the achievement motivation in the course of production & using the learning media, which teaching to the Students of Kindergarten departement at the Faculty of Science and Arts, Al - Guryate, Al - Jouf University, Saudi Arabia. Therefore, it has been prepared to use the observational card of the production skills of digital learning sourses. Two scales of the academic self-effectiveness and the acheviemnt motivation.The research sample amounted to (60) students, divided into two equal groups, the first (experimental group) studied by using the flipped learning environment, and the second (control group) studied by the traditional method. Results showed the superiority of the first group in the observational card and in the two scales with significant difference, and large effect size. The research recommended the need of spread awareness to the flipped learning importance with adopting an effective style for its usage. The research suggested future researches on the designs, types and apps, of flipped learning, and how utilizing them in various courses and other psychological variables.
