Abstract

The research used the descriptive approach to reach the main normative levels for the design and production of adaptive learning environments, through the analysis of studies, research and international experiences and expertise of specialists in the field of adaptive learning environments, design and production in general, and the specifications of each element of adaptive learning environments, and the mechanism of adaptation to ensure learning achievement Optimally.
The results indicated the final list of normative levels for the design and construction of adaptive learning environments consisting of (4) key areas including: technical normative levels and environmental documentation; educational design and pedagogical aspects; technical normative levels for designing the learning environment and content; standards for adapting educational content to learners' learning styles); It included (12) sub-standard levels, (14) benchmarks, and (108) indicators of adaptive learning environment
