Abstract

The aim of the research is to uncover the interaction between the source of support (ad hoc / electronic) and the cognitive style (conceptual / perceptual) in the environment of catalysts of digital games in the development of employment skills of technological innovations for students of educational technology, and to achieve this goal, a number of three training sessions were developed for the skills of employing technological innovations in a stimulating environment Digital games, according to a set of design criteria for the environment, and provide educational activities that support exploration and construction, and to conduct scientific steps and adjust methodological variables; the global two-way design pattern "2X2" was used, and the research sample consisted of "120" students of Technol students Jia Education, and they were randomly divided into four experimental groups. Measurement tools consisted of an achievement test, a note card, and a measure of the learning style. The most important results of the research confirmed the current arrangement, the source of support is ad hoc with a cognitive learning method, the source of support is ad hoc with a conceptual learning method, an electronic support source with a cognitive learning method, an electronic support source with a conceptual learning method, and this appeared in the results of the research hypotheses, and the research recommended the need to train Students are on of employing technological innovations to meet the needs and requirements of the labor market, is achieved by linking school curricula at different stages of university courses
