The Impact of Use the Brainstorming Strategy on the Achievement of the Basic Tenth Grade Students in Anjara Secondary Comprehensive School for Boys in Ajloun Governorat

Abstract

The current research aims to reveal that the impact of use the brainstorming strategy on the achievement of the basic tenth grade students in Anjara secondary comprehensive school for boys in Ajloun Governorate. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the experimental design has two equal groups, one of which is experimental and the other a control, the experimental group consisted of (40) male students, which represented division (A), and the control group consisted of (40) male students, which represented division (B). The researcher prepared the study tool (achievement test), and the validity and reliability were verified, and the data were statistically treated using appropriate methods. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the achievement, in favor of the experimental group. In the light of the research results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations; necessity the attention of the basic stages teachers about the teaching strategies, including brainstorming strategy, introducing the brainstorming strategy and its adoption within educational methods in education, especially theoretical subjects, work to conduct further studies and researches on brainstorming strategy as one of the effective strategies in raising student achievement in all educational stages, and training male and female teachers on the brainstorming strategy through training workshops because of its effectiveness in academic teaching and the possibility of use in both public and private education sites.
