Abstract

The research aimed to measure the Effectiveness of Blended Learning in devolving the skills of web folio production and it's Relation with Professional Proficiency of Instructional Technology Student. It's used the Cognitive Style as Classification variable, and used the one group quasi experimental design, the participants of the research were (30) thirty male and female students chosen from among Minia University Faculty of Specific Education instructional technology fourth year students, the tools of the research consisted of an achievement test for the cognitive side of the web folio production skills, a web folio production evaluation card and an Professional Proficiency Scale, the results refers toeffectiveness of blended learning as learning strategy to develop the skills of web folio production ,also  the Professional Proficiency level increased to The research group students with an independent cognitive style.
