Digital Entrepreneurship for Small Business Owners and its Relationship with Family Financial Management (A Comparative Study between Dakahlia and Alexandria Governorates)

The research aimed to study the relationship between digital entrepreneurship among small project owners with its aspects (digital entrepreneurial culture, digital leadership, and digital entrepreneurial mindset) and financial income management with its aspects (planning, implementation, evaluation). It also aimed to explain the correlation between some social and economic variables for the study and both digital entrepreneurship and financial income management with their aspects. Furthermore, it aimed to explain the differences between Dakahlia and Alexandria Governorate in both questionnaires. Lastly, it aimed to explain the differences in both questionnaires with their aspects according to gender, residence, and nature of housing. It also aimed to evaluate the variance in both questionnaires with their aspects according to educational level, monthly family income, social status, profession, age, and number of family members.

The research used comparative and descriptive analytical method. The sample included 735 were selected in intentionally way. The research was applied in Dakahlia and Alexandria Governorates. The tools included general data form, Digital Entrepreneurship, Financial Income Management questionnaire.

The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation at 0.001 between both questionnaires . There were statistically significant differences at 0.001 between Dakahlia Governorate and Alexandria Governorate in both questionnaires , in favor of Alexandria Governorate. There were statistically significant differences at 0.001 in both questionnaires for gender, in favor of women, residence favored urban areas. There was a statistically significant variation at 0.001 in both questionnaires for educational level, in favor of higher education, monthly family income favored those with higher incomes.
