Abstract

The study aimed to measure the effect of a proposed program in media education on the development of digital video production skills to high school students. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach to measure the effect of the independent variable "a proposed program in media education" on the dependent variable "digital video production skills", and the study tools were applied On a sample of (40) male and female students from high school, and the study tools consisted of (List of objectives and content - an achievement test in media education and digital video - a list of digital video production skills - Evaluation card of digital video production), The study concluded: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the average grades of the study sample in the pre-test and the post-test of the achievement test for media education and digital video in favor of the post -test, and it was found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the average grades of the sample students. The study in the pre and post-test of the digital video production evaluation card for the benefit of the post -test; This confirms the effectiveness of experimental treatments that were conducted on the experimental group, the research sample.
