المستخلص

The researcher used two research methodologies: descriptive method to diagnose the reality of teaching university students specialized in media education, and also used the method of analysis of the future "Prospective Analysis," represented in the method of Delphi three rounds With the aim of optimizing the investigation, and offering a set of requirements for enabling the application of media education. The second was to identify the requirements for enabling the application of media education in the form of a tri scale (applied to a group of academic experts according to the Delphi method) . The study found that there is a lack of understanding of the importance of media education among the students in universities, in addition to providing a set of requirements for enabling the media education to achieve media education in the universities.
