Abstract

The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the degree to which communicators at North Upper Egypt Radio and Channel exposure podcast programs and develop their communication skills, and to monitor the most prominent podcast programs that the study sample follows, through a descriptive study in which a comprehensive media survey approach was used, for a sample of communicators consisting of (78) From North Upper Egypt Radio and Channel, He applied a questionnaire to them, in addition to conducting a structured interview with (7) others, and through the study the researcher reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is: the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between the exposure of the communicator at North Upper Egypt Radio and Television to podcast programs and the development of communication skills, as well as It has been proven that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the exposure of the communicator at North Upper Egypt Radio and Television to podcast programs and his degree of evaluation of the benefits of these programs.
