Abstract

Tracing the history of European music through different eras reveals to us the continuous attempts of some composers to discover new possibilities in the field of musical expression. Music in the last century, especially in its second half, was separate from the reality of life and immersed in its romanticism. As for the twentieth century, it is the era of modern trends in music. The year 1900 is considered approximately the year of transition, as it was the year of the most important pioneering works that heralded the end of an era and the beginning of a new era in the history of music
