Abstract

This study aimed to develop a proposed set of criteria for a digital platform capable of conducting descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses of student and teacher academic performance to classify educational institutions in light of Egypt's Vision 2030. The study aimed to provide these criteria to educational system management. To achieve this, the study began by constructing an initial framework for a digital platform to classify educational institutions in light of Egypt's Vision 2030. A descriptive-analytical approach was then used, followed by the statistical Delphi method to reach the final list of criteria after being presented to experts in an initial round to measure face validity and reliability, and two additional rounds to determine the level of expert agreement, which reached a percentage of 93.72% in the last round. In light of these findings, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions for the adoption of this list of criteria in building a digital platform for classifying educational institutions in light of Egypt's Vision 2030.
