This research allows the study of cartoon characters that children interact with and are attracted to, using leftover fabrics, as they are a rich means of shaping elements, in addition to the ease of obtaining them in shaping artistic works, with the aim of providing artistic services to the external community and raising their artistic awareness. Cartoon created the research problem in the following question: How can characters be employed in children’s visual arts to enrich the values of composition in painting among art education students? The research aims to reveal the possibility of using cartoon characters in children’s visual arts to enrich the plastic values in pictorial painting, and the importance of the research in activating the role of the student becomes clear. Art is in the service of society by beautifying its surrounding environment, and the research confirms that among the speakers there are cartoon characters in children’s visual arts and the enrichment of plastic values in photography, student painting with art education, and the research results in experimental descriptive composition, Among the results of the research is that cartoon characters in children’s visual arts are rich in characters that can be used in pictorial paintings that address children with cancer and work to spread the spirit of hope and joy in them. The research recommends applying this research and benefiting from it in the various stages of public education, cultural palaces
