Abstract

The research aims to determine the effectiveness and impact of using the Articulate storyline program in developing students' skills in embroidery, the vitamin stitch applied on the metal wire (environmental material).
This study seeks to identify the effectiveness of the Articulate Storyline program for teaching the skill of embroidering the stitch of itamen executed on a metal wire (environmental material) for students of the fourth year, subject of the graduation project. The experiment was applied in the first semester of 2019: 2020 on (33) students from the fourth year at the Department of Home Economics at the Faculty of Specific Education, Aswan University, and the application of the achievement and skills aspect took about three weeks. The research used the experimental method.
The research found a fundamental difference between the scores of the pre and post tests in both the achievement and skills test, and this means an improvement in the post-performance level of students. This is due to the effectiveness of the Articulate storyline program in developing students ’knowledge and skills in embroidering the itamin stitch executed on the metal wire ( Environmental material).
One of the most important recommendations of the research is to use the Articulite Storyline program to learn other skills in the field of clothing and textile.
