Abstract: The current research aims to identifying the effectiveness of the extension program prepared for awareness development the Girls Will Get Marry for the quality of Cooking Utensils materials and their health and environmental suitability, The main sample of research consisted of (300) university girls Will Get Marry from different colleges and engaged and non-engaged age range between 17 years till more than 21 years , also from urban and rural population in Minia Governorate and from different economic and cultural levels been chosen by chance and in purpose of standardizing the research tools as (general information application – scale awareness of the quality of Cooking Utensils materials and their health and environmental suitability) The instructional program been applied on the experimental sample consisting of (75) girls Will Get Marry with law level of awareness (minimum quarter) as a result of their response to the research tools and this is what is shown by the main study sample and chosen on purpose from the basic sample. The research follows the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method and the results showed that Stainless Steel and Tefal Cooking Utensils was in the first choice for the girls Will Get Marry to buy from the basic research sample or already purchased in their marriage preparations with percentage 100% next to it Aluminum Cooking Utensils with 97%, Cooking Utensils With Granit Coating 96% , Cooking Utensils With ceramic coating 92% then glass Cooking Utensils 87% then pottery Cooking Utensils 77%,and silicon Cooking Utensils 72% at last enamel 60% and the research results showed differences as statistical indication of level 0.01 in awareness of the quality of Cooking Utensils materials and their health and environmental suitability its axis (awareness when choosing and buying , awareness when using it , awareness when cleaning it) between girls Will Get Marry the basic research sample according to the study variables for particular class of older age and for the scientific colleges also differences indicated for the engaged girl expect the axis of awareness when choosing and buying. Also found difference with statistical indications on indication level of 0.01 all axis according to economic and social changed level for the family for the sake of working mother and the urban population and higher educational level for the parents and higher monthly income for the family , , also the results showed that there is differences with statistical indications on indication level 0.01 in awareness between girls in the experimental research sample before and after applying the program prepared in favor of the post application . * The researcher recommends that the media and specialists in the field of home management and institutions to development awareness of the proper selection of Cooking Utensils, how and how to use and care and awareness of the dangers of improper use of her health. The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade must tighten the control of the markets to limit the spread of cooking utensils that do not conform to the standard specifications and that harm human health. Abstract :The objectives of the study were to identify the nature of the relationship between the use of social communication means by youth in its four dimensions (motives and methods of using social media, awareness of using social media, positives of social communication means, and the political participation of university youth in its five dimensions (Political attention, political knowledge, political activism, self-obstacles, societal constraints), Social participation in its four aspects (participation in the community, participation in the college, participation with friends, participation in the family), and some socio-economic variables of the family (Age of student, school group, number of family members, value of monthly expenditure, educational level of father, educational level of mother, monthly income categories), Study of differences among university youth (male and female), mothers (working and non-working) In the use of university youth for the means of social communication with its four axes, the political participation of university youth in its five dimensions, and social participation in its four aspects.
The current study followed the analytical descriptive approach. where a questionnaire was prepared and standardized on the use of social media by university youth , The political participation of university youth in its five axes, and the questionnaire of social participation of students of the University with its four aspects The questionnaire was applied to a sample of university youth selected in a targeted psoriasis method Consisting of 630 students from the University of Cairo from different socio-economic levels .
The results showed a positive correlation between (0,05) between the use of youth by some social communication means from their point of view and the political participation in its five dimensions. There is also a positive correlation between statistical use Of the university youth with its four aspects at the level of significance of 0.01, here were statistically significant differences between males and females in the total questionnaire of social communication methods for university youth, the total social participation of university youth at the level of significance of 0.001 for females, and the absence of statistically significant differences between males and females in the total political participation of university youth , There were statistically significant differences between working and non-working mothers at 0.05 level in the total use ofyouth by some means of social communication , There were no statistically significant differences between the working mothers and non-working mothers in the total political participation of the university youth as a whole, and the absence of statistically significant differences between working and non-working mothers in the total social participation of university youth in all four aspects.
The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the keenness to benefit from the services provided by the social networks, and the good use of youth social networks, which leads to reduce the incidence of family problems that result when using these networks in the wrong way, which has the greatest impact in support of the family and thus support the community, The specialized courses for mothers, especially rural women and non-workers, to raise awareness of the good education and raising children to social and political participation, which has the greatest impact in support and stability of the family and thus support the community.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is adopted by the United Nations Member Countries. In light of this, the political leadership adopted the vision of Egypt 2030 as the organizing framework for all development plans in February 2016. It is a basic step in the overall development process in Egypt, linking the present to the future and reviving the historic role of Egypt in regional leadership and implementing dreams and aspirations of the Egyptians.
Therefore the government paid special attention to youth in the dimensions of sustainable development strategy. They are capable of innovation and knowledge through training and education, Exploiting the abilities of young people to carry out entrepreneurial projects and entrepreneurship as the intellectual capital and knowledge of the society The results of the study of Rabab Meshaal and Nahad Raas (2018) showed that the vast majority 91.1% of university youth under the study have a high level of knowledge of change management, that is, they are fully aware of changes Which occur on their personal level and at the level of society surrounding them. Their attitudes towards change management differed between positive 48.9% and neutral 38.5% However, only 34.4 %of them are practicing change management at a high level and 54.4% at an average level. This means that young people need to learn how to manage change and its methods and strategies. Hence the idea of the current research in an attempt to find the leaders of the university youth from the research sample and guide them and develop their abilities and skills in entrepreneurship through ambitious plan for managing change under the strategy of sustainable development of Egypt 2030 and bridging the gap between reality It is hoped that through a training program for the preparation of the university youth for entrepreneurship and the requirements of change management and the strategy of sustainable development and the related projects The study sample consisted of (263) young males and females from the first year of the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education, Menoufia University. The experimental sample consisted of (31) individual from the reality of the lowest quartiles of awareness of entrepreneurship and change management. A high or average level is required in the characteristics of entrepreneurship. The sample was chosen in a purposeful manner and the general data form, the change management questionnaire, And the Entrepreneurship Awareness Survey and the Sustainability Development Strategy Survey the Vision of Egypt 2030 and a program to develop awareness of entrepreneurship and change management to achieve the goals of the strategy of sustainable development vision of Egypt 2030. Therefore the descriptive, analytical and experimental approach is used. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of before and after application in the knowledge of young people who are the sample of empirical research for the objectives of sustainable development strategy Vision of Egypt 2030 and awareness of entrepreneurship and its dimensions (the cognitive aspect of entrepreneurship - the trend towards entrepreneurship) and youth management for change in its stages (Goal setting - planning - implementation - Evaluation)
shows the direction of the differences in favor of the post-application. As for the relationship between the knowledge of university youth and the sample of the total study in the goals of sustainable development strategy Egypt vision 2030 and their practices for managing change stages, there was a positive correlation statistical function at the level of 0.05 -0.01 .

The study aimed primarily to determine the relationship of The effective Listening strategy in the family to achievement motivation among the university students by determining the level of the effective Listening strategy in the family of the university students in the five dimensions of the study: listening, understanding, remembering, assessment, The study of the relationship between some social and economic variables and the strategy listening and achievement motivation among university students, studying the differences in each of the average scores of The effective Listening strategy in the family and the achievement motivation among the university students - the study sample - according to some social and economic variables.
Several tools were used to obtain the data and information needed for the study, including: A questionnaire for the students of the university, a questionnaire of the effective Listening strategy in the family of the university students - the study sample - with its five dimensions, and the achievement motivation questionnaire in the study sample in its five dimensions. The study tools were applied to a sample of 187 university students, 78 from Menoufia University, 109 from Aswan University.
The sample of the study was selected in a descriptive and objective manner, from the governorates of Menoufia and Aswan and by the personal interview and from different educational, economic and social levels. The study follows the descriptive and analytical method. The statistical program (SPSS) was used and the appropriate statistical methods were chosen to reach the results of the study.
Main results of the study:
There was a statistically significant positive correlation between 0.001 between listening with its five axes and motivation with its five axes. A statistically significant correlation was found between 0.001 between total listening and age and a statistically significant score of 0.01 between total listening and financial income categories of the family. There were statistically significant differences in 0.001 among the sons of Menoufia governorate and the sons of Aswan governorate in listening and motivation for achievement for the people of Aswan Governorate. There were statistically significant differences in 0.001 among males and females in Menoufia and Aswan governorates in listening and achievement motivation for females. There was a statistically significant discrepancy at 0.001, 0.01 among the Students of the study sample in Menoufia and Aswan governorates in both the listening questionnaire with its five axes and the achievement motivation questionnaire with its five axes according to the level of father education in favor of the higher educational level. Sample of the study - in the governorates of Menoufia and Aswan in each of the listening questionnaire with its five axes and the achievement motivation questionnaire with its five axes depending on the categories of financial income for the benefit of high income earners.
Researcher recommendations:
It is necessary to create orientation programs to develop the awareness of university students with the effective Listening strategy and motivation for achievement.
