This study aimed at determining the positive effects of psyllium husk on health and its successful applications in food industries. Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) has been popularly used as therapeutic agent. Dietary fibers from psyllium husk are used as food ingredients, pharmacological supplements, and in processed food. Despite its benefits in the treatments of diabetes, weight loss, obesity, high blood pressure, constipation, diarrhea, hypercholesterolemia and heart diseases, consumers do not have sufficient awareness of these benefits. This research was carried out to determine the structural characterizations of psyllium husk to prepare dietetic crackers supplemented with psyllium husk. This was achieved by using psyllium husk instead of straightgrade flour in different combinations 10, 15 and 20%. Mean values obtained for the structural characterization of psyllium husk for ash, crude fiber, crude protein, crude fat, moisture, and nitrogen free extract (NFE) in husk were 2.52±0.04, 3.13±0.02, 2.94±0.06, 1.84±0.01, 6.19±0.05 and 83.38±0.08%, respectively. Moreover, total dietary fiber and arabinoxylan content were 77.66±1.32and 47.60±2.14%, respectively. Forty adult male albino rats have been divided into five groups (8 rats each). Group I (negative control group: rats fed with basal diet, group II ( positive control group: rats fed with a high-fat diet), and group III (obese rats : fed with a high-fat diet and received crackers supplemented with psyllium husk 10, 15 and 20% respectively).

The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of olive (Olea europaea) leaves powder and its extract on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic male rats. The experimental rats were divided into six groups; each group contained 6 rats. Rats of the first group served as normal control. Rats of the second group were diabetic control (STZ at a dose of 45 mg/kg bw.) and served as positive control. The 3, 4, 5 and 6 groups were diabetic rats, treated with olive leaves powder (OLP) and extract (OLE) at low and high doses 2.5 % & 5% and 1 & 3 g/kg; respectively. Effects of olive leave treatment on glucose, plasma parameters, liver, kidney functions and blood picture markers were determined. Also, some active compounds in olive leaves were determined using HPLC techniques. The results showed that the olive leaves ethanolic extract (OLE) of variety exhibited at termination, a significant reduction in blood glucose. The OLE tended to reduce plasma total proteins, cholesterol, triglycerides levels, liver functions (ALT, AST & ALP), kidney functions (urea, uric acid & creatinine) and blood picture toward the normal levels. It could be concluded that, the OLE showed an anti-hyperglycemic activity on STZ-diabetic rats, minimized the adverse effect of oxidative response, protective activity and improves changes associated with diabetes probably due to containment of many potentially bioactive compounds.

The current research was conducted to: 1) Investigate the impact of different levels (0.50, 1.50 and 3.0%) 0f green coffee powder (GCP) on probiotic stirred yoghurt. 2) Evaluate the effect of the physiochemical, functional, sensory and nutritional properties of the resultant stirred yoghurt on some health-promoting effects in hyperlipidemia and obesity rats. The yoghurt supplemented with GCP decreased the acidity, fat and synersis. The co-agulation time, total solids, pH, ash and total protein content increased with the increase of GCP supplementation as compared to the control sample. There was no significant difference in the Total Volatile Fatty Acids (TVFAs) content of stirred yoghurt from different treatments during the storage period. All the treatments had been acceptable by the panelists. The yoghurt supplemented with GCP reduced body wieght and food intake in under study hyperlipidemia rats. Feeding the hypercholesterolemia rats on 20 g/per day probiotic stirred yoghurt supplemented with GCP for six weeks decreased the severity of pathological changes in hepatic and renal tissues and preserved both liver and kidney functions, as well as ameliorated the changes in the lipid profile.

The aim of the current research is to identify the difficulties that some students face in the course to taste Arabic music, which is represented in identifying and determining (the maqam - beating - the type of instruments used - the phoneme), and overcoming them by listening to the music of the introductions and musical breaks of some of Nagat's small songs, Because the music contains distributions of the individual instruments and the multiplicity of the vocal layers, as well as the different denominators, rhythms and strokes, the researcher followed the descriptive approach (content analysis), and the sample consisted of introductions and musical breaks for three singing works of the singer Najat Al-Daghira, then the researcher reached a set of results, which are As follows1. With the method of taste through listening, the student can identify the elements of Arab music taste (maqam - beating - type of instrument used - vocal pitch).2. Through the student's listening to models in different musical syllables, an auditory syllabus is enriched, which enriches the educational process.3. The student realizes the importance of the musical subjects that he studies and accepts, such as solfege, Arabic singing, and instrumental science by listening through taste. In light of the results of the research, recommendations were made

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is widely distributed all over the world including Egypt. Hyperglycemia, oxidant/antioxidant status defect, lipid oxidation/toxicity and low- grade inflammation as major causes on diabetic complications. Several strategies to improve these complications have been suggested. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the effectiveness of three most commonly plant parts powder (mulberry leaves, tomato pomace and potato peel) in modulating hyperglycemia and oxidant/antioxidant status using alloxane-induced diabetic rats. Treatment of animals with alloxan caused a significant increased (p≤0.05) in serum glucose concentration by the ratio of 113.48% compared to normal controls. Supplementation of the rat diets with 5% of the selected plant parts including mulberry leaves (MLP), tomato pomace powder (TPP), potato peel powder (PPP) and their mixture (Mix) leads to decrease this value by the rate of -18.25, -23.20, -20.93 and -26.80%, respectively. The same behavior was recorded for liver tissue MDA level, the biomarkers of oxidative stress and inflammation in liver. Also, improving in liver functions and antioxidant defense system (GSH in liver tissue, and antioxidant enzymes and vitamins in serum) in diabetic rats have been induced by different rates as the result of supplementation the diet with the studied plant parts. All of these effects could be principally attributed to the strong antioxidant activities of these plant parts as the result of their high bioactive compounds content. These findings provide a basis for the use of the selected plant parts powder for the prevention and early treatment of type-2 diabetes.

If fantasy is based on the absolute unbridled imagination without limits without being bound by any laws or mental logic through imaginary worlds, it embodies the unconscious and the impossible through the processes of transformation, metamorphosis, distortion and diversification into imaginary formations impossible to achieve in the real world because it does not have actual existence in order to uncover the opaque repressions in the unconscious and expose What is silent about it in the depths of the soul, the introspection of reality and the collapse of ideas, and then the production of truth through an alternate reality, considering reality alone is incapable of portraying the facts, through subjects inspired by imagination that operate as a psychological projection of what is inside usThe projective, illusory play of an early stage child depends on the same wild imagination as the fantasy launches. If the primitive man had resorted to primitive fantasy magic rituals to discharging the charges of fear and dread from nature and its cruelty, then the child in his projective play resorts to fantasy rituals to unload his pent-up charges, the fantasy fiction is a new formulation of the world of reality, by raising it to the level of reality through metaphysical worlds. His own fantasy era and his means of expressing it that suit him, by granting the individual the ability to make up for what he lacks in his reality, and also every artistic / literary creation employed by the customs, and psychology of a particular society

The flute instrument is considered one of the instruments with a distinctive sound, and the manufacture of the flute instrument is subject to the experience of the manufacturer in how to choose his type of jungle in the industry, and how to locate the holes that he punches on its wall so that the musical notes sound properly. Certain oriental maqams, sometimes it is between the hole and the next one with a full tonal dimension, and sometimes half a dimension or three fourths of a dimension, so it should be taken into account that the holes of the holes are on precise proportions between them so that the sounds emanating from them are of sound musical dimensions, and given that the natural flute instrument is devoid of Keys "dimples" and additional holes, one of which is incapable of performing some unstable musical notes. This research included the research problem, research objectives, the importance of the research, research questions, research procedures, research methodology, tools, limits and terminology, as well as the research was divided into two theoretical and applied aspects, and the research was concluded with results and recommendations, references and research summary.

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using the constructive learning model in developing artistic expression and visual thinking among kindergarten children. To verify this goal, the teacher’s guide was prepared to teach using the constructive learning model, child worksheets, the artistic expression note card, and the visual thinking test. The experimental group consisted of 74 children at the experimental school (1) in Minya city and divided them into two groups. The control group consisted of 38 children and studied in the usual way. The experimental group consisted of 36 children and studied the use of the constructive learning model, and the results showed effectiveness. Using constructive learning in developing artistic expression and visual thinking among kindergarten children.A person goes through many life stages during his lifetime, each stage of which affects the determination of the features of his personality, and perhaps the most important of these stages is the kindergarten stage, which is a transitional stage from a private life confined within the child's family to a social general in which the child interacts with people from different families and environments And, at this stage, the child begins to discover the capabilities of his personality and to compare it with the capabilities of his peers at this stage, and here comes the role of the teacher in uncovering the capabilities inherent in each child and working on their development.

This study aims to identify the impact of university youth exposure to the news of the Corona pandemic published on social media on the levels of death anxiety. The study sample consisted of (246) university students, with an average age of (21,63) and a standard deviation of (1,727). The researchers used a descriptive correlational research design, and a two-part scale was applied. The first part of the scale focused on the use of social media by youth and the second part was about death anxiety during the Corona pandemic (prepared by: the researchers). The results of the study showed a relationship between university youth’s use of social media and death anxiety during the Corona pandemic. Also, the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference in death anxiety levels among youth users of social networking sites according to the gender variable (in favor of females) and the place of residence variable (in favor of the city). Moreover, the results showed that there is no statistically significant difference in death anxiety levels among youth users of social networking sites according to each of these variables; income, education level, and age groups. The researchers highlight the necessity of providing counseling services to university youth who use social media to reduce the symptoms of death anxiety they have in light of the emerging Corona pandemic.

This study targeted to develop skills of smartphone applications programming of secondary-stage female students in Jeddah, their involvement in learning, by determining the best mode of interaction between the augmented reality (coding vs imaging) and cognitive holding power (first-rank vs second-rank) in terms of their impact on the development of these skills. The sample of the study comprised (50) second-grade secondary school students in Jeddah. The study tools included a cognitive-holding power test by Stevenson, 1998, an achievement test, performance test, checklist, and learning-involvement scale. Experimentation comprised of augmented reality (coding vs imaging). The (2X2) experimental design was adopted dividing the sample into four groups according to the mode of augmented reality and cognitive holding power.Statistical analyses of the data pinpointed the students of the experimental group who used augmented reality (code style) outperformed their peers who used augmented reality (imaging style) in the achievement test, engagement scale and performance test. The students of the experimental group with cognitive holding power (first-rank) out-formed their counterparts with cognitive holding power (second ranks) in the achievement test, while the students of the experimental group with cognitive holding power (second ranks) excelled in the performance test and the learning engagement scale. Th results also show that there was no significant interaction between the mode of the augmented reality (coding vs imaging) and the mode of cognitive holding power (first-rank, second-rank) on the achievement test. While there was significant interaction between them on the performance test and the involvement scale.
